We need a customer service rep to work in our agency 30 hours per week.
The job entails speaking with clients regarding their insurance needs, including payments, claims, policy information etc.
The job would include doing Registry of Motor Vehicles work for our insureds.
We are willing to train.
Our office is committed to superior customer service.
We need a person who pays attention to detail and can work independently.
Our agency has four employees, three who have been with us for over 20 years.
We work together as a team to help each other out and keep a happy, positive work environment.
There is definitely room for advancement in that we will help you become a fully licensed insurance agent and if wanted, a full-time employee.
If you are already a licensed agent, that would be great, and we will adjust the payroll accordingly.
