Summary:
Collect urine specimens for toxicology testing via supervised or unsupervised methods Duties &
Responsibilities:
Follow Collection procedures and protocols as it pertains to the Client Site Verify patient and insurance information Complete necessary documentation accurately and legibly Transport or arrange for transportation of specimens to laboratory Maintain proper chain of custody Abide by HIPAA Regulations Maintain professional boundaries while interacting with clients Travel to designated Client Site(s) Participate in necessary educational/training activities All other assignments as directed by management Requirements:
Educational and Experiential Background:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Offical High School Diploma will be required) Experience in related field preferred Basic Mathematical knowledge required Legible handwriting required 6 months to 1-year experience working in medical field preferred Requirements:
Active driver's license/reliable transportation Strong interpersonal skills Able to relate well with clients in a professional and compassionate manner Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner Must be well organized and detail oriented Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
